佳卡哈酒业始于2014年,由夫妻团队Nick(李克)和彭玲(Penny)在我们深圳的亲朋好友的鼓励与支持下共同创建。我们团队从未有过机器人,但是我们的酿造装备以创意为其首,以酒花为其心,似乎充满了活力,孕育着生命。创建初期的我们虽然只有一个微型酿造项目,但是在团队成员们坚持不懈的努力中,在佳卡哈朋友们的热爱中,我们逐步成长,并在浙江建立了一个小型西打厂,我们也不时地借用邻居的设备酿造一批批美味的啤酒。我们团队的灵魂就是要勇于创新,灵活多变,享受发酵的乐趣。我们从未改变,也不会改变。
Craft Head was started in 2014 by husband and wife team Nick and Penny with support from our local Shenzhen community. We have never owned a robot but our first brewing kit definitely seemed alive with a heart for hops and affinity for experimentation. Following our initial nano brewing project we have since built a small cider facility in Zhejiang with handy access to pop next door to brew some tasty beers on our neighbour’s kit. Our ethos to try something new, be flexible and have some fun with fermentation has never changed and never will.

这款浑浊IPA,绝无添加任何水果,但无论是外观还是味道都不是果汁胜似果汁!它的双干酒花果汁香IPA是建立在一个简单麦芽酿造的基础上,在酵母的发酵下,马赛克酒花和石果酯一起发酵后的产物散发着橘子、芒果、桃子和杏的宜人香气,夹杂着柑橘和柑橘果子露的口味。它柔和的口感和圆润的苦味将其饮用性提升到让人想去畅饮的程度。
This double dry hopped juicy IPA was built on a simple malt bill to let Mosiac hops and stone fruit esters from the yeast shine together. Offering a pleasant nose of orange, mango, peach and apricot the palate builds with mandarin and citrus sherbet. The soft mouth feel and rounded bitterness lift its drinkability to a level where one might not be enough.

好的金酒要配好的汤力水!这次不仅金酒是我们酿造,汤力水也是我们手工制作。很多人不知道在日本风靡一时的香柚原产于中国中部地区,我们的酿酒师也非常偏爱这种水果,所有的新鲜香柚都由我们的团队亲手加工。细心观察一下酒体中我们特意留下的些许淡绿色液体,那便是香柚碎皮中的精油。
It is a truth universally acknowledged that a bottle of gin in possession of intoxicating aroma must be in want of a good tonic. we handmade the gin and the tonic. We already use Yuzu peel as a key botanical in our gin and wanted to enhance its distinctive flavour by adding some more in our tonic. And no, we did not cut corners and just add some Yuzu flavouring extract made in a lab somewhere, we processed fresh Yuzu by hand. Don’t believe us Check out the slight green tinge of the liquid from the Yuzu zest oils the we deliberately did not try to remove.
