收集器(Outlet collector)

Outlet collector is collecting the flow from the reactor towards the outlet vessel nozzle. In standard down flow pattern, the outlet collector is either hidden in a immerged ball bed filling the bottom part of the reactor, or underneath a support grid where it distributes or collects flow. In the later, it can also be designed as a safety retention device in case of catalyst leakage. Several shapes are considered depending upon bottom vessel head, process conditions, and fluid dynamics: cylindrical shape is the most common but conical or hemispherical are also applicable. Catalyst unloading nozzles or vessel opening for cleaning the outlet collector are common requirements that impact design of outlet collector. Controlled open area or deflectors are design features allowing better upstream flow: purpose is to have it as uniform as possible.

中心管Centerpipe / Inner Screen

Center pipe / inner screen is the central screen component of a radial flow system. Its general shape is a cylinder which outer surface delimits the inner side of the catalyst bed. It is usually extending inside vertical reactors and collecting or distributing the flow Connecting nozzle to the center pipe / inner screen is either the upper or the lower one. Flow direction can be inward or outward. usually, the center pipe / inner screen can be introduced through the vessel top manhole. It is standing on a support that maintains it in position. Generally, the center pipe / inner screen is on the high temperature or high concentration side of the process flow as there is less stress to the vessel shell with high temperature / high concentration in the middle. In addition, there is more room for thermal expansion alongside the vessel axis. we are experts in major processes including Catalytic Reforming, Styrene Dehydrogenation, LAB, Sulfur Treatment, HDS/HDT, Ammonia Conversion, PX,etc.

扇形筒Scallops

Scallops assembly is forming the outer screen component of a radial flow system. Their general shape is extending parallel to the inner vessel wall. Their inner surface delimits the outer side of the catalyst bed. They are usually installed inside vertical reactors and they distribute or collect the flow. Cover deck is closing the gap between inner screen component and scallops. Flow direction can be out-wards or inwards. Scallops are usually introduced through the vessel top manhole. They are standing on a support ring attached to the vessel ps are standing against the inner vessel surface as hollow conduits distributing/collecting the gas flow from their inner side. Each one is placed adjacent to the next one as part of the scallops-set. Each scallop cross section is handling a flow rate which is parallel to the scallop’s axis with a flow capacity limited to the cross section area. Total reactor capacity is the sum of all individual scallops  flow rate. applications such as Gas treatment, Platforming, reforming, CCR, ammonia converter, styrene, etc.

外篮Outer baskets

Outer baskets are the outer screen components of a radial flow system. Their general shape is extending parallel to the inner vessel wall. Their surface delimits the outer side of the catalyst bed.

They are usually installed inside vertical reactors and distribute or collect the flow.

支撑格栅Support grid

The support grid Assembly has to withstand vertical process loads. The grids have to be reinforced or supported by extra beams adding extra strength to the assembly. T or I shape beams can be used. T- beams generally are used for high design pressure allowing the possibility to immerge the important height of the web inside the bed above the grid. I- beams, on the contrary is more commonly used for lighter design pressure, allowing to position the beam below the grid. The support grid is installed on a ring integral to the pressure shell. It has to be built in sectors to enable its installation through the vessel manhole. Some processes require a locking system to secure the panels. A small gap is left with the inside of the vessel wall in order to allow differential thermal expansion and installation clearance and to handle manufacturing tolerances or out of roundness of the reactor itself. 中排Header & Laterals

A collector/distributor  utilising a header pipe or a hub to which several filtering tubes are attached to enable excellent collection or distribution, of a gas or a liquid within a media without dead zones, wall effects or channeling, in order to maximize efficiency.

Feed diffuser

Principle:Feed diffuser is diverting the incoming flow from the inlet nozzle towards the reactor.

Applications: Gas sweetening, gas drying, sulphur removal, hydrotreating, hydrocracking,hydrogenation, etc.
