With over five decades of expertise in glass fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP) research and application, Spaulding leverages this advanced composite material to address critical challenges in petroleum operations. GFRP pipes can be used for crude oil transportation, natural gas transportation, wellhead installations and christmas tree pipelines.

GFRP is highly corrosion resistant and able to adapt to complex chemical environments, so it can be used for storage, transportation and reaction of corrosive materials; It also has good abrasion and temperature resistance, and maintains good physical properties in extreme temperature environments, which can effectively prolong the service life of the pipeline, reduce the risk of pipeline damage and leakage, and reduce the cost of maintenance and replacement.

PEEK产品

PEEK（聚醚醚酮）具有出色的耐磨性、尺寸稳定性和卓越的强度，在开采石油或天然气的环境中能发挥出色的作用。这种复合材料可在高温下工作，同时还能防潮，包括防盐水和蒸汽。油田设备在高温高压下运行时，PEEK 仍能保持其物理性能。PEEK通常用于井下钻探机械和阀座，以及齿轮、轴承、密封等。

With outstanding abrasion-resistant and dimensional stability properties and excellent strength, PEEK works well in environments where oil or gas are extracted. This composite functions at high temperatures while resisting moisture, including saltwater and steam. PEEK retains physical properties at the high temperatures and pressures under which equipment must operate in an oil field. PEEK are typically used in downhole drilling machinery and valve seats, as well as gears, bearings and seals.
