模具主要零件的制造精度0.002mm以内，步距精度0.003-0.005mm以内，表面粗糙度Ra0.004-0.1；冲载速度可达1200次/分钟；单词刀模寿命500-600万冲次，综合寿命1.2-2.5亿冲次。

Tolerance of sapre parts is within 0.002mm, tolerance of feeding length is within 0.003 - 0.005mm ,and roughness is within Ra0.0044-Ra0.1; Stamping speed reaches 1200 strokes per minute, Single shot die life 500-600 million times,a comprehensive life 1.2-2.5million times.
