JFA1036 英式浑浊二号
这款酵母可以说是为了酿造浑浊IPA(即NEIPA,新英格兰IPA)而生,为酒体带来极具诱惑力的浑浊外观。在保留些许麦芽甜味的同时,使酒花风味得到更好的体现,带来多汁饱满的口感和炸裂的热带水果香气,妙不可言。
It is undeniably a gold standard for brewing NEIPAs. Along with its huge fruity boost to juicy hop character comes a stable haze and residual sweetness that is a signature of this strain and a hallmark of a hazy IPA.

JFA1301 美式艾尔一号
这款酵母出酒口味清爽,发酵度较高,产生的酯类等风味物质较少,香气比较自然,适合高比重啤酒花型与麦芽香型等多种啤酒风格的酿造,是一种适应性极广的酵母菌株。
This strain produces a neutral aroma and has a high fermentation degree, suitable for many hopped or malty style beers, and it's a highly adaptable yeast strain.

JFA1410 德式小麦一号
这是一款非常受欢迎的德式传统小麦啤酒酵母。产生高水平的乙酸异戊酯,具备饱满的香蕉气味。虽然也产生部分丁香酚味,但总体仍然是香蕉味占主导。低絮凝的特点使其外观处于浑浊状态。
With the flavor of bananas, this strain produces the aroma of cloves, but the banana flavor is still dominant. Low flocculation leaves the desired turbid appearance.
