儿童友好与文化赋能，8.9万㎡市级老旧公园升级改建策略，宁波儿童公园丨万德设计

2023年11月29日，宁波儿童公园升级改建工程项目通过竣工验收，正式开放运营。作为宁波历史最为悠久的儿童公园，承载了几代人的童年记忆，一开放就收获了大家的热情打卡和满分好评。

On November 29, 2023, the upgrading and reconstruction project of Ningbo Children's Park passed the completion acceptance and was officially opened for operation.

城市快速更新进程中，老旧城区物质环境走向衰败，面临升级与保护的更新困境。宁波儿童公园从历史文化、儿童友好、文旅景观等角度进行规划升级，为市级老旧公园更新提供策略指引。

In the process of rapid urban renewal, the material environment of the old urban area tends to decline and faces the dilemma of upgrading and protection.

宁波儿童公园建成于2001年，占地约13公顷，是市级大型休闲性儿童娱乐公园，与地铁轨道3号线、4号线相连。公园全年共接待游客约70万人次，平日最高游客数量约1万人次。

设计团队现场考察后，进行现状分析：

Ningbo Children's Park was built in 2001, covers an area of about 13 hectares, is a municipal large-scale leisure children's entertainment park.

宁波人文积淀丰厚，历史文化悠久，以“书藏古今，港通天下”为城市形象主题口号，是具有7000多年文明史的“河姆渡文化”的发祥地，也是“海上丝绸之路”东方始发港、中国大运河南段出海口。这座城市有着璀璨动人的文化瑰宝，宁波儿童公园作为市级大型开放性公园，正是宁波文化绝佳的记录和实践载体。

Ningbo has rich cultural heritage and a long history and culture. As a municipal large-scale open park, Ningbo Children's Park is the perfect record and practice carrier of Ningbo culture.

我们从儿童友好城市角度切入，从宁波的历史文化中寻觅灵感，以儿童视角建立全新的主题性故事线，重塑公园的空间形态及规划机理，以城市文脉和儿童游乐景观作为项目设计与营造的出发点。经过升级改造，这里将成为一座文化、旅游、展示、休闲等多功能复合的具有地域特色和文化底蕴的儿童友好公园。

We seek inspiration from Ningbo's history and culture, establish a new thematic story line from the perspective of children, and reshape the spatial form and planning mechanism of the park.

设计将宁波的河姆渡文化、海洋文化、书香文化和美食文化与儿童游乐主题糅合在一起，形成各具特色的、兼具景观地标和游乐功能的混合布局，在提升儿童户外活动水平的同时，激发出亲子互动、网红打卡、休闲观光等行为，调动多年龄层次、多类型用户群体活动意愿，促进公园代际公共生活，提高公共空间利用效率。

The design combines the Hemudu culture, ocean culture, book culture and food culture of Ningbo with the theme of children's play to form a mixed layout with different characteristics, both landscape landmarks and play functions.

整个公园分为内、外两环区域，其中内环区域根据儿童不同年龄段划分为“悠悠园”（秋千主题乐园）、“黑森林”（丛林探险乐园）、“蔚蓝海”（戏水乐园）、“宁静港”（低幼乐园）、“月亮湾”（游戏塔乐园）等五大儿童游乐片区，外环区域主要为市民游客提供舒适自然的休闲空间。

According to the different age groups of children, it is divided into five children's play areas, such as "Youyouyuan", "Black Forest", "Blue Sea", "Tranquility Port" and "Moon Bay".

沐浴阳光，自由奔跑，尽情释放热情与活力，孩子们进入公园就来到了一所没有围墙的学校，游戏、探索、观察、社交在这里随时随地发生。

When children enter the park, they come to a school without walls, where play, exploration, observation, and socializing happen anytime and anywhere.

展翅起飞的猫头鹰、神奇的恐龙化石、即将远航的大船……时刻诱惑着勇敢的孩子进行大胆的攀爬和追逐游戏。

Owls taking off, amazing dinosaur fossils, ships about to sail away... Always tempting brave children to engage in daring climbing and chasing games.

我们为孩子们设计了多主题、多功能的感官体验和冒险活动，带领儿童进入一个开放性的学习空间和游戏世界，自然环境中的动植物、设施游戏和成人之间的交流互动等等孩子们所能观察到的一切都是他们的老师，通过对环境的观察、模仿、互动、反馈，充分激发他们的认知创造力和社交能力。

We have designed multi-themed, multi-functional sensory experiences and adventures for children, leading them into an open learning space and a world of play.

走进宁波儿童公园，宛如进入到时间和空间的交汇点，河姆渡文明的历史盛景跃然眼前，跟随河姆渡甬乐家族，乘坐我们的时光飞船，开启一段时光倒流的旅行。

宁波儿童公园以鲜明的文化主题、独特的叙事方式，为用户带来一场无可替代的沉浸式文旅体验。文化成为连接“在地性”与“现代性”的卷轴，在游园中井然有序地展开，让游客充分感知城市历史的秩序与变迁。这座公园爆发出的生命力和历史底蕴使其成为宁波这座城市独一无二的文化地标。
