欢迎各位英语教学同仁2024年7月15-17日前来北京美国中心，参加由地区英语项目办公室（Regional English Language Office）举办的英语学术论文写作与发表暑期训练营！我们荣幸地邀请到美国国务院英语语言专家、美国阿拉巴马大学荣休教授刘迪麟与大家一起探讨有关英语学术论文写作与发表以及英语教学的实用策略。本活动限30人，实名注册，额满即止。训练营免会务费，差旅需自理。请有学术论文发表需求的各位英语教师、教研人员及英语专业在校研究生于7月9日之前填写并提交需求调研问卷，我们将于7月12日之前将具体活动信息发送到您的报名邮箱。

Dilin Liu, Ph.D., is Professor Emeritus of Applied Linguistics/TESOL in the English Department at the University of Alabama, USA. His research focuses on the description, learning, and teaching of English grammar and vocabulary using cognitive- and corpus-linguistic approaches. He has published extensively with over 100 publications, including seven books and numerous journal articles/book chapters. His articles have appeared in over 20 different SSCI journals in linguistics/applied linguistics, such as Applied Linguistics, Cognitive Linguistics,ELT Journal, English for Specific Purposes, Foreign Language Annals, International Journal of Applied Linguistics, International Journal of Corpus Linguistics, International Journal of Lexicography, IRAL, Journal of English for Academic Purposes, Journal of English Linguistics, Journal of Pragmatics, Journal of Psycholinguistic Research,  Language and Cognition, Language Teaching, Language Teaching Research, Modern Language Journal, Second Language Research, Studies in Second Language Acquisition, andTESOL has served or is serving on the editorial boards of over a dozen journals includingELT Journal, Journal of English for Academic Purposes, International Journal of Lexicography, Lingua, System, TESOL Quarterly, and TESOL Journal. He is currently co-editor of the Cell Press/Elsevier SCI journal Heliyon Education in charge of submissions on linguistics and applied linguistics (language teaching). A frequently invited speaker, Professor Liu has given many plenary/keynote and other invited speeches/lectures at conferences and universities in various countries and regions around the world, including Brazil, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, the U.S., and Vietnam. 刘迪麟博士是美国阿拉巴马大学英语系应用语言学/对外英语教学专业的荣休教授。他主要研究使用认知语言学和语料库语言学方法对英语语法和词汇进行描述、学习和教学。他发表各类学术作品多篇/部，包括七部学术专著和超过100篇学术期刊论文和书籍文章等。他的文章发表在20多种语言学/应用语言学的SSCI期刊上，例如《应用语言学》、《认知语言学》、《ELT期刊》、《特殊用途英语》、《外语年鉴》、《国际应用语言学期刊》、《国际语料库语言学期刊》、《国际词典学期刊》、《IRAL》、《学术用途英语期刊》、《英语语言学期刊》、《语用学期刊》、《心理语言学研究期刊》、《语言与认知》、《语言教学》、《语言教学研究》、《现代语言学期刊》、《二语研究》、《二语习得研究》和《TESOL季刊》。他曾或正在为十多种期刊担任编辑委员会成员，包括《ELT期刊》、《学术用途英语期刊》、《国际词典学期刊》、《语言》、《系统》、《TESOL季刊》和《TESOL期刊》。目前，他是Cell Press/Elsevier SCI期刊《Heliyon Education》的联合编辑，负责语言学和应用语言学（语言教学）方面的投稿。刘教授常被邀请在全球各国和地区的会议和大学进行主旨演讲和其他演讲/讲座，足迹遍及巴西、柬埔寨、中国、香港、日本、澳门、新加坡、韩国、台湾、美国和越南等地。

This event is ONLY open to English teachers, researchers, and university students. The event will be conducted in English. Audio or video recording of the program will not be permitted.  

请务必携带本人身份证原件及报名确认函进入北京美国中心,证件复印件或照片将不被允许进入。请勿携带大包及笔记本电脑前往。便携式电子设备如：手机、平板电脑和智能手表可以带入北京美国中心。请在使馆东门排队等候。 You must bring both your valid photo ID and registration confirmation in order to get into the BAC. Copies or pictures of IDs will not be accepted. Large bags and laptopswill not be allowed into BAC for this event. Portable electronic devices, such as mobile phones, iPads and other tablets, and smartwatches are allowed to bring into the BAC. Please wait in line at the East Gate of the Embassy.
