产品介绍

精密烧结钕铁硼具有极高的磁性能和精度，适用于各种高性能驱动装置。我们能生产最小尺寸圆片直径0.2mm、方片边长0.3mm、圆环外径0.75mm内径0.25mm的磁体，厚度公差≤0.02mm，同心度≤0.02mm。最大生产尺寸达300mm、取向方向100mm。能稳定生产N56、54M等牌号，通过优化生产工艺，降低重稀土用量，成本最高可降低约30%，展现成本控制和环保优势。

Precision sintered NdFeB magnets offer extremely high magnetic performance and accuracy, making them suitable for a variety of high-performance driving devices. We can produce magnets with minimum dimensions, including disk diameters of 0.2mm, square sides of 0.3mm, ring outer diameters of 0.75mm with inner diameters of 0.25mm. The thickness tolerance is ≤0.02mm, and the concentricity is ≤0.02mm. The maximum production size reaches 300mm in diameter and 100mm in the orientation direction. We can stably produce grades such as N56 and 54M. By optimizing the production process and reducing the use of heavy rare-earth elements, costs can be reduced by up to approximately 30%, demonstrating our advantages in cost control and environmental friendliness.

我们的粘结钕铁硼产品以其卓越的加工精度而著称，确保了高性能和可靠性。在直径≤4mm的范围内，能够保持直径公差±0.02mm，圆度±0.02mm，同轴度±0.02mm；而在直径＞80mm的情况下，直径公差±0.04mm，圆度±0.05mm，同轴度±0.06mm，充磁可实现多极、斜极和辐射状的磁化，充磁精度极高，最小极宽可达0.8mm，提供的波形选项包括方波和正弦波，单一磁体的磁极数最高可达326级。

Our bonded neodymium iron boron products are renowned for their exceptional machining accuracy, ensuring high performance and reliability. Within a diameter range of ≤4mm, we maintain a diameter tolerance of ±0.02mm, roundness of ±0.02mm, and coaxiality of ±0.02mm; for diameters >80mm, the diameter tolerance is ±0.04mm, roundness is ±0.05mm, and coaxiality is ±0.06mm. Magnetization can be achieved with multi-pole, oblique pole, and radial configurations, offering high magnetization accuracy with a minimum pole width of 0.8mm. Waveform options include square wave and sine wave, and the maximum number of poles for a single magnet can reach up to 326 levels.

Our injection-molded magnets, including ferrite, NdFeB, and SmFeN varieties, offer superior magnetic properties. Ferrite magnets can reach (BH)max 2.20 MGOe, while NdFeB magnets can achieve (BH)max 14.5 MGOe. The products have a high degree of design flexibility and various magnetization options, including axial single magnetization, radial multi-stage magnetization, and axial-radial compound magnetization. The precision of the products is high, with dimensional tolerances of ≤0.03mm. We have an in-house mold development and manufacturing department, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and product strength, as well as outstanding production control capabilities. From powder inspection to finished product processing, we have a comprehensive quality inspection and control system in place to ensure better product consistency and stability.

特殊磁路设计的磁铁组件是针对特定应用优化的磁铁组件，具有独特的磁路结构。可以组装任意磁路组件产品，最高实测磁场强度达1.6Tesla以上，最高组装尺寸精度达到0.03mm，平行度、平面度等形位公差可达0.03mm，产品广泛应用于电机、发电机、传感器、医疗设备等领域，可根据需求定制设计。

Special magnetic circuit designed magnet assemblies are optimized for specific applications and feature unique magnetic circuit structures. They can be assembled into various magnetic circuit components with a highest measured magnetic field strength of over 1.6 Tesla and an assembly dimension accuracy of up to 0.03mm. Form tolerances such as parallelism and flatness can reach 0.03mm. These products are widely used in motors, generators, sensors, medical equipment, and other fields, and can be custom designed according to requirements.
