Schlegel Electronic Materials (SEM) invented highly conductive fabric over foam shielding gaskets in 1987, marking a major breakthrough for the electromagnetic interference shielding of electronic enclosures and has become the pre-eminent manufacturer of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding products. We offer various gap fillers and PCM/thermal grease for use in the communications, computer, transportation, medical device, and consumer markets. Highly conductive nickel/copper polyester or silverplated nylon fabrics over an open cell urethane core. New foam and flame-retardant resin which combined with SEM′s highly conductive fabrics offers EMI Gaskets V0 rating and Halogen free.

Electrically conductive elastomer is introduced by Schlegel Electronic Materials (SEM), due to its excellent EMI shielding performance and cost effectiveness. SEM conductive elastomers have become the optimal choice for most business, telecommunications, industrial equipment, automotive, medical electronics, etc.

All the SEM conductive elastomers can be molded or extruded with standard tooling or tailor tooling designed by customer. SEM conductive elastomers can be supplied in sheets, custom die-cut, extruded for hollow or solid profiles, etc. Conductive elastomers with suitable pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) can be provided according to different applications. SEM conductive elastomers can fully meet customers’ needs.

Our thermal materials can offer a wide range of thermal performance and physical properties and resolve even the most challenging thermal problems. These materials are used widely in various electronic equipment/components, including advanced microprocessors, high-speed memory modules, micro heat pipe assemblies and LED lighting. Thermal materials can be die-cut into any shape and size, giving designers cost-effective and easy-to-use thermal management solutions.

吸波材料 Absorber BandSorb materials

仕来高电子制品有限公司(SEM)开发了BandSorb 吸波材料。其产品电磁性能范围覆盖由5 MHz到40 GHz的频段，达到理想的噪声衰减。该材料可轻易地安装到紧凑的电子零件的空间中。目前，现有的BandSorb吸波材系列主要分为聚合物弹性体和介电性泡绵吸波材。我们提供以下系列的吸波材供客户选用。

BandSorb SC系列吸波材：一种灵活的、高损耗、磁负载、不导电的硅橡胶。
BandSorb UC系列吸波材：无硅聚氨酯橡胶，一种灵活的、高损耗、磁负载、不导电的无硅橡胶。
BandSorb ST系列吸波材：反射- 20dB或更少的硅树脂谐振吸波材料。
BandSorb SN系列吸波材：一种超薄近场噪声抑制弹性体吸波材料。

Schlegel Electronic Materials (SEM) have developed the BandSorb microwave absorbing materials whose range of electrical and magnetic properties allow attenuation of noise from 5 MHz to 40 GHz. These materials can be easily integrated into very tight spaces. The BandSorb absorbers are currently available as polymeric elastomer and dielectric foam absorbers.

SC - a flexible, high-loss, magnetically loaded, electrically non-conductive silicone rubber.
UC - Non-silicone, polyurethane rubber, a flexible, high-loss, magnetically loaded, electrically non-conductive silicone free rubber.
ST - a resonant silicone absorber that reflects -20 dB or less.
SN - an ultrathin near field noise suppression elastomeric absorber.
HP - a thin high permeability ferrite sheet.
FB - a lightweight high-loss carbon-impregnated dielectric foam absorber.
