内蒙古国创稀磁科技有限公司,位于中国内蒙古包头稀土高新区稀土应用产业园区国家稀土功能材料创新中心内。公司由国家稀土功能创新中心(内蒙古稀土功能材料创新中心有限责任公司)和包头方谷磁业有限责任公司共同出资成立,共建稀土粉体材料及应用示范线和高性能钐钴永磁材料开发及示范线。

公司充分依托创新中心平台优势、包头稀土资源优势,钕铁硼方面重点研发晶界调控技术、细晶强化技术及高耐热性磁体生产技术;钐钴永磁方面重点研发高性能磁体晶界调控技术、耐高温550℃磁体生产技术、高温稳定性磁体生产技术和高强韧性磁体生产技术。产品广泛应用于航空航天、军工、新能源汽车、风电、节能家电、高精密仪器和混合动力等。

  Inner Mongolia Nation Innovation Rare Earth Magnetic Material S&T Co., LTD is located in the National Rare Earth Functional Materials Innovation Center, Rare Earth Application Industrial Park, Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone, Inner Mongolia, China. The company is jointly funded by the National Rare Earth Functional Innovation Center (Inner Mongolia Rare Earth Functional Materials Innovation Center Co., LTD.) and Baotou Fanggu Magnetic Industry Co., LTD., to build rare earth powder materials and application demonstration line and high performance samarium cobalt permanent magnet materials development and demonstration line.

  Relying on the advantages of innovation center platform and rare earth resources in Baotou, the company focuses on the research and development of grain boundary control technology, fine crystal strengthening technology and high heat resistant magnet production technology. Samarium cobalt permanent magnet focuses on research and development of high performance magnet grain boundary regulation technology, high temperature 550℃ resistant magnet production technology, high temperature stability magnet production technology and high strength and toughness magnet production technology. Products are widely used in aerospace, military, new energy vehicles, wind power, energy saving household appliances, high precision instruments and hybrid power.

采用全新的配方与先进的工艺,获取具有高硬磁相体积占比、高取向度、高密度的钕铁硼磁体。可稳定生产N52、N54、52H54H55H50SH52SH等高性能钕铁硼烧结磁体。

New formula and advanced technology are adopted to obtain Nd-Fe-B magnets with high volume ratio of hard magnetic phase, high orientation and high density. At present, N52, N54 and other high performance Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets can be stably produced.

采用耐热稳定性成分体系配方及配套工艺优化,在磁体主相晶粒间形成薄层状的高稀土含量非磁性相,增加磁体晶粒间的去磁耦合作用,实现SHUH电机产品产业化。

A thin layer of non-magnetic phase with high rare earth content was formed between the main phase grains of the magnet, and the demagnetization coupling between the grains of the magnet was increased.

高性能Sm-Co磁体

High-performance Sm-Co magnet

品介绍

采用配方优化,调整时效工艺,突破钐钴磁体晶界调控技术,克服传统钐钴磁体取向差、饱和磁化强度低等问题。目前,可批生产(BH)max≧32MGOe的钐钴产品。

Formula optimization and aging process adjustment were adopted to break through grain boundary regulation technology of samarium cobalt magnets, and overcome the problems of poor orientation and low saturation magnetization of traditional samarium cobalt magnets. At present, samarium cobalt products can be mass produced (BH)max≧32MGOe.

耐高温Sm-Co磁体

通过对钐钴磁体成分设计及工艺改进的研究,优化钐钴磁体胞壁相富铜相分布,改善钐钴磁体高温工作稳定性,实现耐高温(550℃)钐钴磁体生产技术。

By studying the composition design and process improvement of samarium cobalt magnets, the distribution of copium-rich phase in the cell wall phase of samarium cobalt magnets is optimized to improve the high temperature working stability of samarium cobalt magnets, and the production technology of samarium cobalt magnets with high temperature resistance (550℃) is realized.
