湖南金磁新材料科技有限公司成立于2021年，是JQM金磁集团成员单位之一，其坐落于湖南省娄底市经济技术开发区“材料谷”，是一家集硅钢生产、铁芯冲压、定子绕线及转子铸铝于一体的高科技企业，注册资本13000万人民币。湖南金磁公司占地200亩，其中厂房占地近8万平方米，目前拥有高冲、落料单冲、单槽高速冲、复式高速冲、定子压装、转子铸铝、激光切割、硅钢分条设备及修模用的车床、铣床、刨床、磨床等设备100多台。公司技术力量雄厚，生产工艺先进，检测手段完善，产品质量稳定，具有一套完整的ISO管理体系，已通过ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系、ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系等认证。目标是做中国最优秀的电机铁芯供应商。

HUNAN JINCI New Material & Technolog Co., LTD (HUNAN JINCI CO.,) was set up in 2021 and it is one member of JQM JINCI GROUP. Located in “The Material Valley” of Economic and Technological Development Zone of Loudi city ,Hunan Province，it is a High Technology Enterprise with registered capital of 130 million and incorporated with production  lines of Silicon steel, stamping press of cast iron core, stator wiring and Aluminum casting of rotor lamination. HUNAN JINCI Co., occupies the land of 200 mu in which 80000 m2 of plant buildings. It equipped with over 100 sets of facilities of lathes for die, milling machines, facing machine and grinding equipment for stamping press of stator with high volume and high production rate, stamping press after slitting and cut-to-length process of Si steel coil, stamping press of single die and channel with high volume and high production rate, high speed stamping press of multi-channels, stamping press of stator lamination, Aluminum casting of rotor lamination, Laser cutting and slitting of Si steel coil. The company owns strong technology and advanced production process as well as completed inspection and selection system and stable product quality. The ISO Management System has been implemented and ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Enviromental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health Management System have been carried out and approved. The aim is focus on the best supplier of iron core of motor in China.
