山东艾力达机械制造有限公司, 前身是东营洛斯特，成立于2018年5月，座落于山东省唯一一家绿色铸造工业园: “许孟绿色铸造园”内，占地面积12000平方米，拥有员工200人,年产量2000吨,是一家集熔模铸造、热处理、精密加工、表面处理（如：喷漆、抛光、拉丝、振动研磨、镀锌、镀镍）等生产技术与科技研发于一体的现代化专业生产型企业。艾力达致力于不锈钢、碳钢、合金钢、铜等材质的铸件的生产，主要产品包括建筑五金、汽车配件、泵阀配件、叶轮、船用五金及其它机械配件等。产品广泛应用于建筑、机械、化工、船舶、医药、食品、水处理等行业，产品铸造工艺先进、精度高、表面质量好、机加工配套能力强，并以具有竞争力的价格、较短的交货周期、贴心周到的服务获得国内外客户的一致好评。大约90%的产品远销欧美、澳大利亚、日本、台湾等国家和地区。

艾力达的铸造、加工、检测设备精良,全套熔模铸造设备均从台湾引进，射蜡机、蜡回收循环系统、全自动制壳悬链生产线、抛丸机、热处理、数控车床、CNC、五轴加工中心、三坐标测量仪、轮廓仪、金相分析仪、粗糙度仪、漆膜测厚仪、光谱仪、X光探伤机、HB-3000布氏硬度计和拉伸试验机均为国内外先进设备。

Shandong Aleader Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., whose former name is Dongying Lostwax, was founded in May 2018 and located in “Xumeng Green Foundry Zone”-the only Green Foundry Industry Park in Shandong Province. Aleader covers an area of 12,000 m2 and has around 200 staff members, our output is about 2,000 tons per year.

Aleader is a modern and professional manufacturer and exporter dedicated to research, development, production, sales and service of investment castings including construction hardware, auto parts, pump & valve parts, impellers,marine hardware, and some other machinery parts in materials of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and brass, etc. We can supply castings in different conditions including heat-treated, precision-machined, and with some special surface treatments such as spray paint, electric or mirror-polish, satin, vibration grinding, galvanization, and nickel plating, etc. Our products are extensively used in the fields of construction industry, chemical machinery, shipbuilding equipment, medical industry, food machinery, and water & wastewater treatment industries, etc. Aleader prides on advanced casting technology, high accuracy, fine surface, strong machining ability, competitive price, short delivery and the most intimate and thoughtful services. About 90% of our products are exported to Europe, America, Australia, Japan and Taiwan and so on and has gained high praises.  

Aleader is well-equipped with advanced casting, machining, and inspection equipment. All sets of investment casting equipment are introduced from Taiwan. The wax injectors, wax recycling system, automatic chain shell -hanging production line, shot- blasting machine, heat treatment equipment, CNC lathe, CNC, five-axis machining center, CMM, profilometer, metallographic analyzer, roughness tester, paint film thickness gauge, spectrometer, x-ray flaw detector,HB-3000 Brinell hardness tester, tensile testing machine, and other equipment are all sophisticated technology at home and abroad.

Aleader constantly introduces many excellent professionals specialized in research, development, casting, finish machining, polishing, and inspection. Our company has independent research and development ability and can meet customers’ special requirements. Besides, our General Manager leads our engineers to keep thinking and innovating in practice. We created many new patented products, which aims at creating our own brand and writing a new chapter.
