Hello everyone. Right now I’m not here to talk about education in fitness. But this is my confession to you all guys. Right now my current weight is 82 kg. It means that i gained some weight. My weight gained from 78 kg to 82 kg. It was all because of bad eating habit. But recently i’m trying to get back to my current healthy lifestyle. Back 3 months ago, My habit couldn’t be controlled. I got a girlfriend, I passed a thesis defense, etc. It was all about guilty pleasure. But I still workout till now. My intake protein was really not enough for my current bodyweight. That’s why i gained some weight. Too much carb, too much fat, but not enough protein. Overall, i ate too much calories!.Got this dadbod’s type of body now. It’s not really good.
So I fixed up some routines. Especially for my graduation photo session by the end of the month. I did a lot of cardio, several times in a week. like 3-4 times a week. Sometimes in the morning or later in the evening. I’m still doing the upper lower workout till now. Because my only focus is to reduce some body fat from 23-25% to 15-16%. But I’ll do the best that i can by the end of the month. I’ll tell you later about the progress.
